Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The product delivered is incorrect or different from what you ordered.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the payment used during purchase.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), the return shipping cost will be covered by Sheland Cosmetics.

  • If the return is requested for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
