Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Sheland Cosmetics customer support at 0315 0655565 or Mail us shelandcosmetics@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, securely package the items and include a copy of your order invoice.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided during the return authorization process.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Sheland Cosmetics does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Sheland Cosmetics within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item or send a replacement.
