Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Sheland Cosmetics customer support at 0315 0655565 or Mail us shelandcosmetics@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, securely package the items and include a copy of your order invoice.
- Ship the package to the address provided during the return authorization process.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Sheland Cosmetics does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Sheland Cosmetics within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item or send a replacement.
